Founder’s Journey

Rupa S, founder of Jeevanmuktikarya Foundation, has over 4.5 years of experience as a trainer in parenting and Montessori education. She has trained more than 500 women in child development, early childhood care, and conscious parenting.

A dedicated practitioner of yoga and spiritual disciplines, Rupa has undergone profound transformative experiences leading toward ultimate spiritual realization. Out of compassion, she began teaching meditation, yoga, and spiritual practices free of cost, inspiring and guiding hundreds of seekers.

Her sessions have been conducted for Tumkur & Hubbali District Courts, corporate offices, Bengaluru Airport staff, police personnel, students, and community groups.
